With all the potential to be a serious competitor in the Upstate’s event industry, 1881 Event Hall was held back by its team’s main marketing tool: its website. To attract new audiences and accurately reflect both its brand and its quality of service and offerings, we dove into revitalizing its brand strategy first and its UX strategy next. We created focused personas, new messaging, and a website refresh for usability and brand image, implementing UX design that streamlined project navigation and showcased their event space in the best light.
